My private practice office is located at 301 W. Grove Street in the West Grove Street Professional Plaza, 2nd Building/Upper Level, Clarks Summit, PA 18411 Office Hours: Monday through Friday 9 am to 7 pm. Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm.
A private office entrance is available & plenty of off-street parking.

A native of Northeastern Pennsylvania, Dr. Dougherty attended undergraduate school at Pennsylvania State University and State University of New York, receiving a B.S. in Human Services. He received an M.A. and Psy.D. in Counseling Psychology from California Coast University. Additional training was provided at Wyoming Valley Pain and Rehabilitation Center, Plains, Pennsylvania under the direction of Emanuel Jacob, MD. Bill is also trained in biofeedback applications utilizing auditory visual facilitated modulation..
Dr. Dougherty's experience includes employment with Wyoming Valley Alcohol and Drug Services as a Board Certified Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist for nearly ten years. Bill worked eleven years as a psychological consultant for Northeast Charter School and NEIU 19 Alternative Learning Center. Currently. Dr. Dougherty is a consulting clinician in chronic pain assessment/management for Geisinger Marworth Treatment Center.
